The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has added a new Center for Tobacco (CTP) product subclass code under industry code 98. It is listed below and is available immediately.

New Subclass Code/Description:

D/Flavored (Tobacco)

This new subclass should be used for tobacco products, specifically e-liquids, that are flavored to mimic the natural flavor of tobacco.
