2022 NAEP UPDATE

MyNAEP “Prepare for Assessment” Section Opens Monday, December 6, 2021

  • The Prepare for Assessment section of the MyNAEP online system becomes active on Monday, December 6, 2021. Click here to view a tutorial overviewing the online Prepare for Assessment steps and process.
  • The Wyoming Department of Education recommends that building coordinators log-on to the online MyNAEP system as soon as possible, at http://www.mynaep.com/, and complete each of the Prepare for Assessment steps. The Update Student List preparation step will become available following the holiday break and should reflect January student enrollments.
  • NAEP field representatives will be calling building coordinators this month to establish contact and discuss next steps/timelines. The NAEP field representative will be the go-to-person and point-of-contact for all building coordinators’ questions, support and preparation steps on NAEP.
  • Collaboration with NAEP field staff is critical, so if building coordinators are unavailable to take their NAEP field representative’s initial call to the school, it is strongly recommended that coordinators return the phone call as soon as possible.
