TIDE Paper Tester Accommodations and Orders
- When submitting an order for Paper Test Kits, ensure that the correct accommodation is flagged in TIDE.
- Paper tests are a fixed form and will not match the computer-adaptive form.
- All students needing to utilize the paper format must be identified in the TIDE system.

Non-Disclosure and User Agreement Update
- WIDA has made updates to the electronic Non-Disclosure and User Agreement (NDUA) in the WIDA Secure Portal.
- The User’s name appears at the bottom of the document, along with the date the NDUA was agreed to, and the date on which the user will be asked to review and agree next.
- Additionally, when this screen is printed, the document will now print on one page with a WIDA header and footer. Note: these updates only apply when the user is printing the electronically signed copy displayed on the screen.
- The Download PDF Form button will still allow the user to download a blank copy of the NDUA to print and sign if necessary.

Additional Paper Material Order Window
- The WY-ALT Summative additional order window will remain open until Friday, April 15, 2022.
- Orders must be placed in TIDE.
- District Test Coordinators must verify the shipping address for each order.

Quality Assurance/Test Security Monitoring for the 2021-22 Administration
- The Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) is performing quality assurance monitoring in two phases, desktop monitoring of documentation and in-person test observations in select districts/schools.
- The districts/schools selected for monitoring will receive email notification by Monday, March 21, 2022.
- Submit your WY-TOPP Test Schedule by April 1, 2022 via the secure Google folder. A link to the secure folder will be provided in the initial email.
- All additional documentation must be submitted via a secure Google folder as well.
