THE LONG VERSION
🦠 Got COVID? Isolate or quarantine. You’re doing your best to keep yourself + your family from getting sick, but as numbers rise in our communities, bookmark + share Mission 20 as a tool for if/when you or a loved one gets infected with COVID-19. First, know the symptoms of COVID-19 + confirm by testing if you or someone you’ve hung out with has COVID-19 - check out Mission 19 or visit the VDH testing site for more information. Second, if you tested positive or have been exposed, check out the VDH COVID-19 page where you’ll find what to do if sick along with the isolation + quarantine calculator. If you or someone you know is at high risk of developing a severe illness from COVID-19, consider learning more about the current treatments available. Lastly, be sure to notify your contacts because they may need to stay home, get tested, + monitor their health to make sure they do not get sick + infect others. Refer your close contacts to VDH’s If you were exposed web page.

🛡 Pick up a shield.
Mission 20 provides an easy to download shareable to remind our communities on the ways we can prevent from getting sick through masking, social distancing, + washing our hands. As well as how to contain the COVID-19 virus + stop the spread, by testing, notify those they’ve been in contact with, + isolate to prevent further spread of the virus.
