SD Miss Bankr: Face Mask Requirements Rescinded for SD Miss Courthouses
U.S. Courts sent this bulletin at 06/28/2022 09:58 AM EDTThe United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi entered Special Order 19 on Monday, June 27, 2022. Under this order, face masks are optional in all public areas of Southern District courthouses. Judges continue to have discretion within their respective courtrooms regarding face mask usage.
