Work Comp Campus EDI defects due to Aug. 4 release
Work Comp Campus had a functionality release Aug. 4 that has affected electronic data interchange (EDI) file ingestion, resulting in two defect errors rejecting transactions.
Trading partners that receive an EDI transaction error Aug. 5 or later for "DN0187 not found in database" or an error that begins "The MERGE statement conflicted" should wait to file those claims until the defect is fixed.
Defect updates
We are working to correct the issue. After the defects are corrected, a follow-up communication will be sent and any rejected transactions will have to be re-sent. We apologize for the inconvenience.
