NEW Test Material Ordering Process

  • Test materials will be automatically ordered for all Active English Learners (ELs) based on the information provided in the October WDE684 submission.
  • If you enroll any new Active EL students between November and January, you can order materials during the additional test materials ordering window from January 4, 2023-February 17, 2023.
  • Materials will be shipped to district offices and separated by school. In some instances, rural schools will have materials shipped directly to the school. DTCs and BCs must confirm shipping addresses in WIDA AMS by October 14, 2022.

WY-TOPP

Individual Student Reports (ISR)

  • WY-TOPP Paper ISRs will arrive on campus between September 21-22, 2022.
  • Paper ISRs should be sent to parents and guardians by the district.

Centralized Reporting vs. WDE Assessment Confidential Portal

  • The data available in Centralized Reporting includes preliminary results for ALL students who participate in some or all of the WY-TOPP and WY-ALT assessments.
  • The data available in the WDE Assessment Confidential Portal only includes data for students who are included in accountability calculations for your school or district. Only students enrolled on the accountability date have scores included in the aggregated assessment and accountability data for the school with primary enrollment responsibility.
  • Students who move in the middle of the school year, homeschool students, exempt students, etc. will not be included in the WDE Assessment Confidential Portal, but will be visible in Centralized Reporting.

Fall Science Interim Reporting

  • Aggregated reporting data for Grade 8 and Grade 10 Interim Science tests are not currently available to review within Centralized Reporting.
  • Reporting data for these tests is expected to be available in October
  • Wyoming users with access to student data in Centralized Reporting can still review overall reporting data for the Science Interim tests (student scale scores and performance distribution).
