Never Share Your Passwords

  • Your unique username and password is your identity in all Cambium, WIDA, or ACT systems.
  • Sharing passwords is the same as giving away a personal identity and your account will no longer be secure.
  • Account activity can be tracked; inappropriate behavior performed by someone using your account will be traced back to you.
  • If someone were to misappropriate information, or commit an inappropriate act while using your account, you will be held responsible.

ACT

ACT’s Success.org

  • Success.org is the information hub through which all ACT systems may be accessed.
  • The Online Reporting System provides access to student and school ACT data.
    • Levels of access.
      • Detailed Viewer: View and export summary and detailed individual data and reports.
      • Summary Viewer: View and export summary data and reports (no individual student data available with Summary role).
      • Trusted Agent: View, add, and remove users at district and school level. View and export summary and detailed individual data and reports. Access also includes the user activity report within Data Interaction.
    • Up to 5 years of data reported. 
  • PAnext, ACT’s information storage platform, is also accessible through Success.org.
    • Manage: Student information, testing roles, organization information.

ACT Fee Waivers for National Test Dates

  • Students testing on a national test date, who cannot afford the registration fee for the ACT or ACT with writing, may be eligible for an ACT Fee Waiver.
  • Eligibility requirements are available on this one-page explanation of the fee waiver criteria.
  • ACT distributes fee waivers to high school counselors.
  • Students should consult with school counselors about their eligibility.
  • School counselors should order fee waivers through the College and Career Readiness Information System (CCRIS). 
  • The fee waiver covers the entire cost including writing. 
  • Eligible students can use up to four fee waivers per lifetime during their junior and senior years of high school.

Shipping Address Verification

  • Confirm material shipping address in WIDA AMS by Friday, October 14, 2022
  • If the shipping address is incorrect, assessment materials may not be received by the time the assessment window opens.

Interim Window Closes on October 7, 2022

  • The window for administering the Wyoming Fall Interim assessments will close at the end of the day on Friday October 7, 2022.
