Work Comp Campus EDI XML changing formats Feb. 10
At 5 p.m. CST on Feb. 9, 2023, the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) Work Comp Campus will stop accepting ACORD XML formatted electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions. At 6 a.m. CST on Feb. 10, 2023, Campus will begin accepting the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) Claims Release Standard Version 3.1.5 (R3.1) XML formatted transactions.
Testing with direct connect trading partners and EDI vendors is completed and all EDI senders should be prepared to report in the new XML format. The change will not affect eform senders.
How to prepare for XML
Stakeholders should prepare to turn off the old XML format by 5 p.m. CST on Feb. 9 and then ensure all transactions report in the new format by 6 a.m. CST on Feb. 10.
