Work Comp Campus survey open through Feb. 13
Seeking user interface, experience feedback
The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) is partnering with BerryDunn to conduct a review of DLI's workers' compensation claims portal, Work Comp Campus. As part of the Campus review, this survey is obtaining feedback from external stakeholders about the user interface and user experience. DLI has identified you as a key stakeholder to provide such perspective and insight.
To help DLI maximize the effectiveness of this review, it is important you make your best effort to provide open and honest answers to the survey questions, providing as much narrative detail as possible. Your answers will remain anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself. You have until the end of day Monday, Feb. 13, to complete this survey.
