This is a reminder that this cycle's ordering for COVID-19 therapeutics has opened today.

Please place orders via the Health Partner Ordering Portal (HPOP).  

OHA Bebtelovimab Allocations Going Forward: If you are a provider that serves primarily uninsured and underinsured populations, please utilize the Bebtelovimab Smartsheet Order Request Form to order from remaining OHA supply of Bebtelovimab.

If you are a new provider site and have not signed up to receive therapeutics via Oregon Health Authority, please complete the COVID-19 Therapeutics Provider Registration Survey.

If you need assistance to place orders in to HPOP, please review the HPOP supplements in order of priority:

• Profile Enrichment (Used to setup and maintain provider profiles) 
• Direct Ordering (How to place orders in HPOP) 
• Reporting (How to record inventory, utilization, and transfers) 

Please note that each product has a minimum ordering quantity that is listed below:

• Evusheld - 12
• Paxlovid - 20
• Paxlovid Renal - 5
• Lagevrio - 15
