Minnesota Department of Health In-Home Vaccination Program

Did you know that Minnesota has a free COVID-19 in-home vaccination program? It aims to serve individuals who face difficulties leaving their home to get vaccinated, whether from physical disabilities, chronic health conditions, non-apparent disabilities, or children under 5 who benefit from a quieter setting.

If you or someone you take care of would like to be vaccinated at home, you can request an appointment by calling our Public Hotline at 1-833-431-2053 or the Metropolitan Center for Independent Living at 1-800-409-5594 or email: francest@mcil-mn.org. To learn more, visit the In-Home Vaccination Program Website.
