The Cook County Assessor's Office, in partnership with Northeastern Illinois University’s Angelina Pedroso Center for Diversity and Intercultural Affairs, celebrates Hispanic Heritage month with a Racial Equity & Real Estate Conversation centered on the Latinx community.
This event will unpack barriers and advancements to homeownership for Latinx communities, including housing policy, property tax reform, gentrification, wealth building, and the state of Latino homeownership.
