NCCAT/NC2ML Visions Retreat - Interest Form
Please complete this form to express your interest in participating in the NCCAT/NC2ML Visions Retreat - Co-Creating a Vision of Equitable Math Instruction on December 2-5, 2024 at the Cullowhee campus. This is not the official registration, but to express interest in sending a team. More information, including directions for registering with NCCAT, will be sent to teams selected. Only teams who complete the interest form will be considered for the event.

Each district is asked to bring a team of 4.

Required:

  • 1 District Math Leader
  • 1 Administrative Representative (Principals/APs/Principal Supervisors)
  • 1 math teacher from 6-8 or 9-12.
  • 1 math teacher leader/math coach from 6-8 or 9-12.

Considerations:

Your team should have representation from school and district levels and include members that have decision-making influence at the district and school level. Also ensure that there is representation from BOTH middle and high school when choosing teachers/teacher leaders/coaches.
