RFA: Youth Mental Health & Wellbeing Challenge Grant
The Colorado Department of Law announces that it is seeking applications for collaborative, community-driven projects in coordination with schools that increase protective factors for children and youth to decrease vaping. The focus of this funding opportunity is to support educational institutions and programs that build school/community connectedness and belonging for youth, promote the skills of trusted adults to support youth, and/or promote positive school climates and student resiliency.

RFA: Opioid Response Strategic Impact Grant
The Colorado Department of Law announces that it is seeking applications from organizations working to combat the opioid epidemic in Colorado. The focus of this funding opportunity is to allocate Opioid Settlement Funds strategically across the state to generate implementable, far-reaching solutions to combat Colorado’s opioid crisis.
Thank you for your application submission to the Opioid Response Strategic Impact Grant, RFA #LAAA 2024-06. The Department of Law is committed to conducting a thoughtful, transparent, and credible selection process. Due to the high number of applications to this RFA, notifications and awards will be delayed. Therefore, it is anticipated notification of awards will occur August 2024, with contract execution October 2024. Please contact procurement@coag.gov with any questions.
Notice of Intent to Apply Deadline: Submission of a Notice of Intent to Apply is requested no later than 11:59 p.m. MST on February 13, 2024. See RFA for instructions.

RFA: Opioid abatement innovation challenge
The Colorado Department of Law announces that it is seeking applications from organizations to support emerging and innovative approaches to combat Colorado’s opioid crisis that generate implementable solutions. The focus of the Opioid Abatement Innovation Challenge is intentionally broad to encourage advanced ideas and solutions that will maximize impact of the State’s Opioid Settlement funds.
The DOL’s intent with the Opioid Abatement Innovation Challenge grant is to accelerate progress with innovative, high-impact ideas to combat Colorado’s opioid crisis.

The Colorado Department of Law announces that grant applications are being accepted for funding to support programs that that work to address domestic violence. Funds will support entities with programming seeking to serve any of the following objectives: domestic violence prevention, domestic violence victim services and advocacy, domestic violence crisis intervention, and implementation of evidence-based intervention strategies.
DEADLINE: For consideration of award, an applicant for the Domestic Violence Prevention RFA LAAA 2023-05 must submit a completed application no later than 11:59 p.m. on June 30, 2023, to procurement@coag.gov.

RFA: Expanding Financial Coaching and Counseling Services
The Colorado Department of Law announces that grant applications are being accepted for funding to support programs that expand access to free, individualized financial coaching and counseling services. Funds will support entities with programming seeking to serve any of the following priority areas: financial coaching and counseling service delivery; development of partnerships tools and resources; and training and certification programs.

RFI: Combating Youth Vaping in Colorado
The Office is planning to issue future Requests for Applications (RFA) to fund efforts to address the issue of youth vaping. This is a Request for Information (RFI) to inform priority areas for the RFAs and is intended only for research purposes.
DEADLINE: For consideration, a respondent to the Combating Youth Vaping in Colorado RFI (LAAA 2024-13) must submit a response no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, September 22, 2023 to procurement@coag.gov.
