Deputies Help to Save Two Overdose Victims Over the Weekend
The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies helped to save two people who were experiencing life-threatening overdoses this past weekend. In both cases the Deputies were able to use Narcan to reverse the effects of the drugs, which led to the victims regaining consciousness and getting further treatment. A brief synopsis of each case is below, with the names and other identifying information withheld due to medical privacy regulations.
