Millbrook Man Arrested for Sexual Contact with Minor
The Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office, along with the Dutchess County Child Advocacy Center, reports the arrest of Donald H. Briggs (age 65 of Millbrook) on 12/12/16 in connection with a two-week investigation into him allegedly engaging in inappropriate sexual contact. The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office assisted in the investigation as well.
