The City Council will consider the proposed 175-unit Old Town Village Mixed-Use Project on October 20th at 6pm. The proposed Addendum and Final MND and the Notice of Consideration and Adoption of Final Mitigated Negative Declaration and City Council Hearing are available here.
CDs of the proposed Final MND are available for purchase, and hard copies are available for review or purchase, from the Planning and Environmental Review Department at City Hall, 130 Cremona Drive, Suite B, Goleta. A reference copy is also available at the Goleta Public Library.
The staff report for the City Council will be posted on the City's website at least 72 hours prior to the meeting here and will also be available for review at City Hall.
