ALERT - Be aware of marketing scams using OETC

It has come to our attention that Ohio Educational Technology Conference participants are receiving emails regarding the hotel block for #OETC20 from an unauthorized vendor. 

Experience Columbus/Passkey is the only authorized vendor for #OETC20 and the hotel block is only available on the #OETC20 web page.

• Please be aware that Fern Expo, Bartha Audio Video, Smartsource Rentals, Passkey, and SCANTrivia/Scanvenger Hunt are the only authorized vendors for OETC. Any other companies offering services are not authorized, including those offering mailing lists for the Conference.
• Please contact show management if you have any questions about whether a company is an authorized partner of the OETC.
• OETC participants should exercise due diligence and care with respect to any third-party offers to avoid possible unwarranted and/or unnecessary financial commitments.
