Dear Parents/Guardians:
Our annual Field Day at Providence Elementary will be here this week! Field Day will be held on this Friday, May 24, following the schedule below.
3rd Grade – 8:50 am to 9:50 am
Kindergarten – 9:50 am to 10:50 am
1st Grade – 10:50 am to 11:50 am
2nd Grade – 11:50 am to 12:50 pm
4th and 5th Grades – 1:20 pm to 2:20 pm
6th Grade – 2:20 pm to 3:20 pm
Plastic water bottles, hats, sunscreen and sunglasses with your child’s name clearly marked are appropriate. Please do not have your child bring glass items or valuables as they may become lost or broken. Please make sure that your child dresses appropriately for the warm weather and is wearing tennis shoes!
If you are interested in volunteering to help run the Field Day Stations, please sign up here (https://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E054AADAD2DA3FE3-201819). Sign ups are available in 2 hour time blocks (8:50-10:50 am, 10:50 - 12:50 pm, 1:20 - 3:20 pm)
If you are able to help out, please arrive 15 minutes before your shift for instructions/directions.
