Five marketing rules you can use in business to put yourself in a position of power. Marketing is all about sharing your message, and understanding the psychology of how you present the message is critical to making the impact you want. This presentation shows you how to set yourself up for success in business using five techniques that show your strength and put you in the driver's seat.
Speaker:
Melissa Forziat is a Seattle-based marketing speaker, consultant, and author. She works with small business owners to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and with business organizations to train their trainers in small business marketing.
Melissa has delivered 47 workshops to over 1350 attendees in 9 US states and 2 countries and 37 webinars to over 1600 attendees, with collaborative partners in 11 US states. She is Board President of Ventures nonprofit, which helps low-income entrepreneurs in Seattle to gain self-sufficiency through business ownership.

Registration Policies for Workshops:
Registration and Fees (IF ANY): Payment of seminar fees may be made by check or money order. No credit card information can be accepted by email, fax, over the phone or at the event. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.
Refund Policy: If you wish to request a refund, please contact the conference organizer listed above. Refunds of 90% can be issued if canceled at least 5 days in advance. You may also elect to send a substitute in your place. If the event is canceled, all fees will be returned.
Photographs: Photos taken during training may be used by SBDC for promotional purposes. Please inform the SBDC personnel onsite OR email training@wsbdc.org with the class information to request photos that include you not be publicized.
