Details
Transfer document to support a SIEL application for firearms exports. An EC3 form is required if you are exporting firearms from Northern Ireland to EU member states.
The EC4 form is a continuation sheet to be used if required.

Northern Ireland exporters must upload this completed documentation for the SIEL into SPIRE, the online export licensing system. This must be done as part of the licence application process.
