Services We Offer
Shyne Labs is a GMP fully licensed hemp extraction operation that offers a wide range of extraction and refining services. Our state-of-the-art ethanol extractor, highly talented team, and post processing equipment allows us to extract over 15,000 pounds of industrial hemp per day. Our fully compliant facility has been designed to handle large scale throughput from hemp to refined CBD products.
Ethanol Extraction
Our system will efficiently process over 1000 pounds of hemp per hour into fully winterized and decarboxylated crude oil.
Post Processing
We have the capacity to run 350 kg of crude oil per day. We can take any crude to full spectrum distillate or CBD isolate.
Water Soluble CBD
Using our scientist’s propriety and proven method we can produce water soluble CBD for our customer’s needs and help them grow their own brands.
Real-Time Transparency
All partners and clients get real-time updates on daily production, potency testing, and forecasting of their products. All our production is tagged and tracked in our proprietary software.
