The Parking Authority of Baltimore City's hours and days of operation are 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday. The office has moved to 211 N Paca Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 (Former Lexington Market Building where Herlings Grocer was located).
The Parking Authority will be closed Monday, May 27, 2024 in observance of Memorial Day.
Air BnB rentals and multi-dwelling units that have on site parking are not eligible for Residential Permit Parking
New Residents or Newly Eligible Properties:
If you are a new resident (you have never had a permit before) who recently moved into an Residential Permit Parking area

Current or Former Residents: If you have a permit or previously lived in a Residential Permit Parking area, you have an account! Do not Create a Duplicate Account. Duplicate accounts will cause application delays and/or denial.

If you reside in Area 18, 19, or 30, you will be able to begin renewing on April 1, 2024 for the 2024-2025 season.
If you reside in Area 24, 25, 35, or 46, you will be able to begin renewing on May 1, 2024 for the 2024-2025 season.
