Boulder County Hazardous Materials Management Facility (HMMF) will be under partial closure.

Boulder County, Colo. -Effective immediately: Boulder County Hazardous Materials Management Facility (HMMF) will be under partial closure. The county is limiting access to all county facilities and buildings due to the current COVID-19 health situation.

  • No business appointments.
  • No ReUse customers.
  • Only limited and essential residential drop-off will be accepted, and only outside of the HMMF building. Please only drop off residential materials when absolutely necessary, such as if you are moving and have nowhere else to bring the materials. Otherwise please safely store your HHW at home until the facility resumes normal operations. In the event of rain or snow, the facility will close because we cannot accept any HHW outside during inclement weather. Please check our website for full closures before you arrive.

For the health and safety of our staff and visitors, we ask that anyone demonstrating symptoms of illness to return at a later date. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
