Gov. Jay Inslee will address media today via streaming video and telephone to lay out new protections for at-risk employees during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Inslee declared a state of emergency in response to new cases of COVID-19 earlier this month, directing state agencies to use all resources necessary to prepare for and respond to the outbreak.
