PERS/OSGP offices closed to the public starting Wednesday, March 25

In an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in Oregon and protect employees and the public, Oregon PERS will be changing the way it provides services at its headquarters building in Tigard and the PERS/Oregon Savings Growth Plan (OSGP) office in Salem, starting Wednesday, March 25.

The safety of PERS members and our staff is our top concern.

While our offices will be closed to the public, PERS staff are working to ensure the priority work and mission of the agency continues.

PERS, OSGP, and PERS Health Insurance Program (PHIP) member and employer resources continue to be available by phone and email, during regular business hours.

Please be aware that you may experience long call wait times when attempting to reach representatives from PERS Member Services, the Employer Service Center, OSGP, and PHIP in the coming weeks. Thank you for your patience.
