TDI proposes changes in prompt pay reporting

TDI has posted a proposed rule to make changes to the prompt pay reports that a managed care carrier must send to TDI. The proposal adds new elements to the reports but requires less frequent reporting. Visit the TDI website for a copy of the proposal and information on how to submit comments.
