Lead judges Georgianna Braden and Jessica Kaiser, Deputy Chief Clerk Kulunie Cannon, and PTAB practitioners David McCombs (Haynes and Boone, LLP) and Pauline Pelletier (Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox P.L.L.C.) will provide their perspectives and recommendations for presenting effective oral arguments in remote hearings.
