The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Office of Minority Health (CMS OMH) offers a comprehensive source of information on eliminating health disparities and improving the health of people from all minority populations, like people from racial and ethnic minorities; people with disabilities; members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community; individuals with limited English proficiency; and rural communities.

Apply to MRGP to help fund your Health Equity Research

The 2024 MRGP application is now open. This funding opportunity allows CMS to support research that contributes to improved health outcomes for minority populations. If you’re a health equity researcher at an eligible minority-serving institution, you can receive up to $255,000 in funding. To apply, visit grants.gov and submit your application by 6/3/2024.
