To Enable JavaScript for Internet Explorer 5.x or higher

From the browser's Tools menu select 'Internet Options...'
Select the Security tab.
Pick the 'Internet zone' icon.
Push the 'Custom Level...' button.
Scroll down the Settings list to the Scripting item. (You may need to double-click on icons to expand lists.
Under the 'Active scripting' item, choose the Enable radio button.
Push OK and Yes to confirm and close the Security Settings dialog box, then OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box.
Refresh the current page.

To Enable JavaScript for Internet Explorer 5.x - Macintosh

From the browser's Edit menu select 'Preferences...'
Within the left-hand pick list, expand the item group Web Browser (if necessary).
Under the item group labeled Web Browser, select Web Control.
Check the box labeled Enable JavaScript and push the OK button to close the Internet Explorer Preferences dialog box.
Refresh the current page.

To Enable JavaScript for Firefox

From the browser's Tools menu select 'Options...'
Click the Content tab.
Check the 'Enable JavaScript' box.
Click OK.
Reload the current page.

To Enable JavaScript for Chrome

From the browser's Tools menu (wrench-looking button) select 'Options'
Click the Under the Hood tab.
Click 'Content settings...' button.
Click 'JavaScript' tab.
Select 'Do not allow any site to run JavaScript'.
Click Close to exit the Content Settings window.
Click Close to exit the Google Chrome Options window.
Reload the current page.

To Enable JavaScript for Safari

From the browser's Tools menu (sprocket-looking button) select 'Preferences...'
Click the Security tab.
Check the 'Enable JavaScript' box.
Close the window.
Reload the current page.

EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Please note the following:

Conference registration is restricted to dues paying members only. Please visit the LACMC website and register to become a dues paying member.

Double occupancy rates for overnight conferences are only available for two LACMC members sharing one room. Members sharing a room with a private party must register as a single and pay the single rate.

All conference rates include meals and conference materials. Lodging is included for overnight conferences. Lodging for additional hotel nights for pre and post conference dates may be purchased if listed below.

Early bird specials offer reduced registration rates. Please consult conference flyer or LACMC website for early bird timeframes.

No Refunds issued after dates listed on the flyer.
