On September 3, 2021, Montana submitted an amendment for the section 1115 demonstration titled, Montana Health and Economic Livelihood Partnership (HELP) to remove expenditure authority for 12-month continuous eligibility from its demonstration and extension application. The federal comment period will be open from September 20, 2021 to October 20, 2021.
