Secretary Granholm to Deliver Keynote Remarks at Geothermal Rising Conference

GRC

Join U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer M. Granholm this Sunday at 6:10 p.m. PT as she opens the 2021 Geothermal Rising Conference with keynote remarks on the power and promise of geothermal and discusses the U.S. Department of Energy’s efforts to achieve a 100% clean energy economy by 2035. As part of the conference, Secretary Granholm will discuss several major Geothermal Technologies Office initiatives as we work towards the nation’s transition to a clean energy economy.

The Geothermal Rising Conference is the largest geothermal meeting of the year. It aims to build relationships, support discussions on opportunities and challenges, educate on the latest technologies and innovations, and inform people outside of the geothermal community about the untapped potential of geothermal. This year’s in-person/virtual hybrid meeting will feature stakeholders from government, academia, and industry.
