Baltimore Convention Center Mass Vaccination
The Baltimore Convention Center Field Hospital is serving as a COVID vaccine location, managed jointly by Johns Hopkins Medicine and University of Maryland Medical System.  People who are currently eligible to receive the vaccine under State of Maryland’s phased vaccine distribution plan may request an appointment using the form below.
*Important Note: In order to distribute vaccinations as safely and equitably as possible, we cannot accept walk-ins.

Who Is Eligible to Be Vaccinated?
We are currently vaccinating people in Phases 1a, 1b and 1c. Learn more about who is eligible to be vaccinated in these phases.

Request the COVID Vaccine
If you are eligible to be vaccinated at this time, you may fill out this form to request a vaccination appointment at the Baltimore Convention Center. Once an appointment is available, you will be contacted.  Due to a high volume of requests and very limited supply, wait times between submitting a request form and receiving an invitation to schedule could be significant.

BCC Vaccine Request Form
Complete form here.  Completing this form does not create an appointment.  Even if you qualify to get the vaccine now, you will have to wait to make your appointment due to the limited number of available vaccination appointments.  People needing assistance filling out the appointment request form can call 443-462-5511, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. This will connect them with someone who can assist with entering their information into the system and the queue for appointments.  It is not the actual scheduling of an appointment.
*Please note:  If you have received another vaccine in the 14 days prior to your appointment, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the 10 days before your appointment or have an active COVID-19 infection at the time of your appointment, you will not be eligible for vaccination. Please schedule accordingly.

Vaccination Hours
The vaccination clinic takes place Monday through Saturday. You must have an appointment and come at your scheduled time.  First scheduled date is Friday, February 5. No appointments will be scheduled on February 6, but starting Monday, February 8, the Monday through Saturday schedule will be in effect.

Finding Transportation to Vaccination Locations in Montgomery County
Montgomery County is working to ensure that all residents can receive a COVID-19 vaccination. We understand that some may need assistance with transportation.

Residents over age 50 and adults with disabilities can contact Connect-A-Ride for information about available transportation options. Connect-A-Ride mobility specialists ask each individual caller questions to help them identify the best option. Connect-a-Ride staff can then help callers register or apply for appropriate transportation programs.

Connect-A-Ride can be reached by e-mail or phone:
ConnectARide@AccessJCA.org
301-738-3252

Start planning now…don’t wait until you have a vaccine appointment!

If you are over 65, you may preregister here for clinics operated by the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services:  https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/covid19/vaccine/
A preregistration assistance helpline is available seven days a week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and can be reached at 240-777-2982. There are bilingual call-takers (primarily English and Spanish) available, and agents can also access a language line to help with other languages as needed.
