Lifeguard - This is an hourly level, part-time position. We are hosting an aquatics hiring fair April 27

Scheduled hours for this position are limited to 19 hours or less per week. Shift will vary based on the needs of the programs and facility; for fall/winter there is a need for shifts Monday to Friday between 5 a.m. and 2 p.m. at locations in Summerlin and downtown. Certification classes are available at no cost. Chemist - A chemist at the Water Pollution Control Facility collects samples, performs chemical and bacteriological analyses of wastewater treatment processes, as well as a variety of technical tasks. 

Water Quality Technician - This position collects and performs routine laboratory tests on wastewater, groundwater, surface water and other samples for physical, biological and chemical components; enters and evaluates data for reporting purposes and process control decisions, prepares a variety of analytical reports and other technical tasks.

Municipal Court Marshal (Lateral) - Municipal Court Marshals serve as Peace Officer for the Municipal Court; perform a variety of sworn law enforcement related duties including serving arrest warrants, subpoenas, and other court orders; make arrests; and maintain order in the court and transport prisoners to court and jail. 

Safekey/ RAP Site Leader / Site Assistant - Safekey offers opportunities for learning beyond the school bell and is designed for children ages 5-11 attending kindergarten through fifth grade. It is offered at 63 elementary schools within the city on days when the Clark County School District holds classes. If you are looking for part-time work close to home helping children to learn, this could be the job for you!
