USPTO implements Trademark Modernization Act final rule

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has published a new rule in the Federal Register to implement the provisions of the Trademark Modernization Act (TMA) of 2020.

Most revisions to the Trademark rules will take effect on December 18, 2021, while a few will take effect on December 1, 2022. To learn more about this federal trademark law change, visit the TMA page on the USPTO website.
