We’re updating the online forms to comply with the Trademark Modernization Act (TMA) and incorporate enhancements based on stakeholder suggestions. During the maintenance period, TEAS and TEASi will be unavailable.
What you should do
File all saved forms and e-signature forms by 7:59 a.m. ET on Saturday, December 18. If you don’t file these forms by that time, you will have to start the process again with the new forms. You will not be able to access previously saved forms or e-signature forms after the system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience.
