Risk Rating 2.0: Equity in Action - Phase II - Renewals

The National Flood Insurance Program's new rating methodology, Risk Rating 2.0, will deliver rates that are easier to understand and better reflect a property's unique flood risk. Rates will now be developed on a structure-by-structure basis, so that property owners get a more individualized picture of their risk.

The NFIP has moved into Phase II with the focus on transitioning existing policies. Beginning April 1, 2022, all policies will be priced under Risk Rating 2.0: Equity in Action at their next renewal. Click below to register for an upcoming webinar, while geared towards insurance agents, others are welcome to attend. NOT approved for continuing education credit in any state.
