Equity & Inclusion Supervisor

The Equity and Inclusion Supervisor is ideal for someone who has a passion for and experience in supervising, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff. 

You will manage a team of professional program and administrative support staff. Your primary responsibility will be to develop a culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee development, and high performance. 

Currently, this position works remotely 5-days per week. In the future, this position will likely work remotely up to 3-days per week.

Salary Range: $28.61 - $41.51/hourly; $59,737 - $86,672/annually

About the Equity and Inclusion Team

This role supervises the team that works with businesses and government entities that contract with the state on everything from building the light rail and the stadium, to purchasing salt to clear roads throughout Minnesota, to IT services.

Specifically, the team is responsible for ensuring that if the State is spending money, it should ensure that state contractors:

  • Pay men and women equally for the same work.
  • Actively work to hire and retain people of color, Indigenous people, people with disabilities, and/or women.
