Fiscal year 2023 was the last year for the Clean Fuels Incentive Program. Starting in Fiscal Year 2024, incentives for medium- and heavy-duty electric and hydrogen vehicles will instead be funded through a new
Medium–Duty and Heavy–Duty Zero–Emission Vehicle Grant Program.
