Draft Ordinance and Map Now Available!

Trenton’s new Draft Land Development Ordinance (LDO), and Draft Zoning Map are now available for public review. The LDO will be a key tool for implementing many of the policies contained in the Trenton250 Comprehensive Master Plan.

The City of Trenton will be accepting public comments on the Draft Land Development Ordinance (LDO) and Draft Zoning Map through November 1, 2021. If you would like to submit a comment, please use the comment form available by clicking here.

The City has also produced a series of supplementary materials, introducing some of the key changes and discussing the importance of the LDO update.
