Mandatory letters of intent for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Solar Energy Technologies Office Small Innovative Projects in Solar funding opportunity are due February 28 at 5 p.m. ET. DOE seeks proposals for seedling concepts that can impact the market adoption of solar technologies by leveraging diversity in experience, perspectives, and research discipline. Teams from universities, federally-funded research and development centers, nonprofit and for-profit companies, community-based organizations, state agencies, and local governments are encouraged to apply.
