This toolkit contains valuable information to assist State agencies/departments with the management and compliance of the Small Business Reserve (SBR) Program. (This page is intended for internal state users only. Vendors do not submit these reports.)

 



    

FY2024 Small Business Reserve (SBR) Annual Report ​

The SBR Annual Report must be completed and submitted by September ​30, 2024. The Annual Report covers the period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.

​​FY2025​ SBR, MBE & VSBE Consolidated Strategic Plan

New Template...coming soon


The strategic plan template has been radically revised and will now be submitted electronically as a Google Form. This mandatory report is in a consolidated format with distinct SBR, MBE, and VSBE sections. It uses  logic to navigate you through the process. For those agencies that participate in  the MBE, SBR, and VSBE programs, a PDF version of the form is provided below so you can coordinate your answers across multiple contributors. Each agency should only submit one strategic plan.

​​Starting FY2024, SBR Quarterly Reports are MANDATORY and are due no later than 30 days following the quarter being reported. SBR Quarterly Reports are cumulative and should contain data from the start of the fiscal year.  Please take time to read the FY2024 SBR Quarterly Report Instructions and utilize the FY2024 SBR Quarterly Report Template. Do not use templates from previous years.
