Tucson Parks and Recreation and United Health Care invite you to the 24th annual EGGstravaganza at Mansfield Park, 2000 N. Fourth Ave., on Saturday, March 25, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Families can enjoy music, games, prizes, egg hunts (bring your own basket), and a visit from the Easter Bunny. A variety of foods will be available for purchase through local vendors. Special thanks to our other sponsors Imago Dei Middle School, Village Medical, Whataburger, and Bear Essentials.
In addition, the department is hosting a virtual egg hunt leading up to the EGGstravaganza. To participate, visit one of 41 parks throughout Tucson, from March 10-20, and hunt for 500 egg-shaped signs, scan the QR code on the sign, and submit your information and a picture (optional). Each egg you find is an entry into the Easter basket prize drawing. Winners will be contacted via phone or email provided on the entry form. There is no limit to the number of eggs you can find. The public is asked to leave the eggs in the park for others to find. Visit the website linked below to learn more about these events and to find out in which parks the eggs are hidden for the virtual egg hunt.
