NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
CONTINGENCY MEASURE STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN REVISION, RULE 4901 (WOOD BURNING FIREPLACES AND WOOD BURNING HEATERS), AND RULE 8051 (OPEN AREAS)
The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (District) and the California Air Resources Board (CARB) invite you to attend a public workshop to present, discuss, and receive feedback on the District’s Contingency Measure State Implementation Plan Revision, including potential amendments to District Rule 4901 (Wood Burning Fireplaces and Wood Burning Heaters) and District Rule 8051 (Open Areas) to address contingency measure requirements.
The public meeting will be held in person at 3:00 PM on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the District’s Fresno office located at 1990 E. Gettysburg Ave, Fresno, CA 93726, and via video teleconference at the District’s Bakersfield office (34946 Flyover Court, Bakersfield, CA 93308) and Modesto office (4800 Enterprise Way, Modesto, CA 95356). Additionally, follow the instructions below to join the meeting via Zoom if you are not attending in person at a District office.

REVISIÓN DEL PLAN DE IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL ESTADO DE MEDIDAS DE CONTINGENCIA, REGLA 4901 (CHIMENEAS Y CALENTADORES DE QUEMA DE LEÑA) Y REGLA 8051 (ÁREAS ABIERTAS)
El Distrito de Control de la Contaminación del Aire del Valle de San Joaquín (Distrito) y la Junta de Recursos del Aire de California (CARB, por sus siglas en inglés) lo invitan a asistir a un taller público para presentar, dialogar, y recibir cometarios sobre la Revisión del Plan de Implementación Estatal de Medidas de Contingencia del Distrito y posibles enmiendas a la Regla 4901 del Distrito (Chimeneas y Calentadores de Quema de Leña) y Regla 8051 del Distrito (Áreas Abiertas) para abordar los requisitos de medidas de contingencia.
La reunión pública se llevará a cabo en persona a las 3:00 PM el viernes, 14 de abril de 2023 en la oficina del Distrito de Fresno ubicada en 1990 E. Gettysburg Ave, Fresno, CA 93726, y por video teleconferencia en la oficina del Distrito de Bakersfield (34946 Flyover Court, Bakersfield, CA 93308) y la oficina de Modesto (4800 Enterprise Way, Modesto, CA 95356).
