October 31, 2023 - WanaBana USA a Coral gables, FL establishment, is voluntarily recalling WanaBana Apple Cinnamon Fruit Purée pouches due to reports of elevated levels of lead found in certain units of the product.
WanaBana Apple Cinnamon Fruit Purée Pouches were distributed nationwide through online and retail stores.

November 2, 2023 - Fairmont Foods, Inc., a Fairmont, MN establishment, is recalling approximately 147,132 pounds of frozen spaghetti loops with meat sauce entrée products due to misbranding and undeclared allergen.
The frozen not ready-to-eat spaghetti loops with meat sauce entrée products were produced on various dates from December 2022, through August 2023. The following products are subject to recall:
- 7.25-oz. tray in-box packages containing “kidfresh Spaghetti Loops Meat Sauce” with lot codes FF120722, FF011823, FF021623, FF032323, FF042623, FF071923, or FF081023 and a “best if used by” date ranging from April 2024 to December 2024 on the side of the box.

November 4, 2023 - Tyson Foods, Inc. a Berryville, AR, establishment, is recalling approximately 29,819 pounds of fully cooked, breaded, shaped chicken patty product that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically metal pieces.
The frozen chicken patties were produced on September 5, 2023. The following product is subject to recall:
- 29-oz. Plastic bag packages containing “Tyson FULLY COOKED FUN NUGGETS BREADED SHAPED CHICKEN PATTIES” with a Best If Used By date of SEP 04, 2024, and lot codes 2483BRV0207, 2483BRV0208, 2483BRV0209 and 2483BRV0210.

November 5, 2023 - Grandy Organics of Hiram, ME is voluntarily recalling Gluten Free Honey Oat Granola with lot code 231017-03459-1 because it may contain undeclared Coconut. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to coconut run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction should they consume this product.
The affected lot of Gluten Free Honey Oat Granola was distributed to FL, to a food service distributor, to a food processor in CA, and direct to individual consumers in MI, MN, NJ, and NY. This product was packed in 25lb cases containing (2) 12.5lbs bags with a UPC of 648960034590. This product was also packed in 3lb bags and sent direct to consumers.
