Dear Phase I Release 2 Applicants,

We apologize for the continued delay in the release of our SBIR/STTR Phase I Release 2 Funding Opportunity Announcement. There are new requirements associated with funds to be awarded under this FOA that require additional review. The dates associated with this FOA such as the letter of intent due date and application due date will be revised when the FOA is issued.
