A pre-application webinar will be held on Thursday, January 25, at 1 p.m. ET for three notices of funding opportunity (NOFOs) from the Intervention Research to Improve Native American Health (IRINAH) program. Applications are due on August 5, 2024, for PAR-24-053, Multi-Sectoral Preventive Interventions That Address Social Determinants of Health in Populations That Experience Health Disparities (UG3/UH3, Clinical Trial Required). NCCIH is participating in this funding opportunity. The journal Mental Health Science is calling for papers for a special issue on Identifying Opportunities and Priorities in Youth Mental Health Disparities Research. The submission deadline is June 1, 2024.

This year’s due dates for PAR-23-222, Advancing Research Careers (ARC) Predoctoral to Postdoctoral Transition Award to Promote Diversity (F99/K00 – Clinical Trial Not Allowed) are June 13 and October 11, 2024. NCCIH will use this program to support promising late-stage predoctoral investigators who are seeking to transition to postdoctoral opportunities in complementary and integrative health research.
