- NEW !The 2024–25 HEAP Regular and Emergency Benefits will close on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Apply before then by logging into ACCESS HRA or creating an account. If you already started an application and saved it as a draft, you must submit it by the deadline. Applications submitted online, or postmarked and received by 5:00 PM on April 7, will be processed. Households are encouraged to apply prior to Monday's deadline.
- NEW !Don't Risk Losing Your Benefits! Do not ignore a Conciliation/Reengagement appointment if you get one. HRA must start sanctions for not complying with work-related appointments and assignments. If you do not have a good reason (also called good cause) and you did not comply on purpose (also known as willful) you may be sanctioned. For more information click here.

- To help safeguard SNAP benefits from fraud, OTDA is launching a text blast informing households of the new EBT freeze card feature. Clients will receive a message from 696-832 with a link to a flyer detailing how to freeze their card when not in use. This message is not spam or a scam, and clients are encouraged to use the freeze feature for added security. To see the flyer, click here.
