On November 21, 2019, the Board of Environmental Protection held a public hearing on Chapter 584, Surface Water Quality Criteria for Toxic Pollutants. In response to public comments provided at the hearing, the Department has posted four spreadsheets at the link below. These spreadsheets provide information on the derivation of the human health criteria proposed in Chapter 584.
